Summer 2012 Classes
We offer classes Monday through Friday for athletes ages 6 to 18+. Training is specific to the athlete and programs are designed to focus on speed, strength, agility, explosive power and injury prevention. Proper technique and mechanics are taught and we progress each athlete over a period of months.
Our Summer 2012 class schedule includes Edge Speed & Agility (FAST), Edge 360, and Team Training. Each class has limited enrollment so early registration is important.
Based on enrollment, we may add or modify classes.
