Team Training
The team classes are developed to address the unique needs of each team. Our training is designed to improve the team’s overall athletic ability with a customized training regimen, while providing an environment to build team unity, motivation, and performance.
Training starts at $10 per athlete per session.
Training sessions are scheduled per team for 1 or 2 times per week and The Edge requires a minimum of 7 athletes per session.
Combine team classes with WTTBL Cage Rental and only pay $7 per athlete for training.

We provide training for schools and teams who can not attend our training sessions at The Edge.
The training is customized to fit the needs of the school/team and we build the program with your exisiting facilities in mind.

12 Month Training

At The Edge, we’re committed to helping teams reach their goals. We realize that simply training during as season isn’t enough anymore so we work with committed teams and develop a 12 month program based on their strengths and weaknesses.
• Full year of Training
• Train at least 2x per week
• 9 months at The Edge
• 3 months (season) off site or at The Edge
• Monthly cost based on total # of athletes

Each team will be evaluated. The team's coach will meet with an Edge sports performance coach and a program will be designed to their specific needs. The programs will include both speed and strength training. Team training should be completed at least twice a week to reach training goals. This will allow the teams to continue to progress in the area of weakness in which the program is designed. Programs can be designed for pre-season, off-season and in-season. Annual plan will designed for each team and include: entire training year; preseason, offseason and in season.
